Thanks to my sister's ramen craving, I find myself trying this restaurant for the second time. And it still does not disappoint! :)
First thing we ordered - Kakuni Buns, which is a recommendation of my officemate A. I have to say that it's a winner. The bun was moist and really went well with the juicy pork belly and its fatty goodness. (Diet forgotten!) :)
Here's a close-up look.
My sister S and I ordered Super Chasyu Ramen. Oh my golly, gee whiz! It's as good as how I remembered it to be. The chasyu was so tender and the tamago was the best soft boiled egg I've eaten (Tamago is soft boiled egg marinated for 48 hours). I'd choose this over Shinjuku ramen anytime!

My other sister R, on the hand, ordered R.B.S. # 1 (R.B.S. stands for Ramen Bar Special). Personally, I'm not a fan. I think the soup has an acquired taste not everyone will like.
As if we were not full enough from their big servings of ramen, we still ordered Gyoza which is not found on their menu (We have the tendency to over-order :P). It's quite good and not the usual gyoza taste which we are used to.
So when you happen to be in Eastwood, try this restaurant. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. :)
